Q.1 Who should I contact about ....?
In general all queries about the IWF should be sent to the Executive Director or the President.

Q.2 How can I influence change of a policy/rule/regulation of the IWF?
If you are from a country that already has a member organisation then you should contact them with a view to influencing their stance at IWF meetings where IWF policies/rules/regulations are decided collectively. Alternatively if there is no local member organisation in your country you should either join or form a suitable organisation and then have that organisation join the IWF. See How to Join.
