IWF Clarifications: The current IWF clarifications for DBM version 3.1 are version 1.2 dated March 2006. Feedback on IWF clarificatons can be sent to clarifications@theIWF.org and will be examined by the Rules and Umpires Standing Committee of the IWF. Be warned however that new sets of clarifications are normally only issued on an annual basis.
